Unable to unlink lost EA account. Never being able to play EA games ever again?

I really need someone to help me out here. When I try to start up the new skate. (which I've been waiting for for years), it tries to connect to an EA account which uses an email address that doesn't exist anymore. I have no access to that account anymore. This happend in like 2019-2020, so a looong time ago. 

I also haven't played any EA games recently. only just recent did a get a PS5, after playing the wheels off my PS3. The lost EA account is from my PS3 times.

I've been in contact with EA Help 3 times already, and failed to recover my account all tries. The verification questions are borderline impossible to know for an account that hasn't been used in YEARS. At the end of the third try with an EA employee, he told me that I'll never be able to play any EA games (online) ever again, because I can't verify I own the original account. This means that all EA games that use PSN to connect, won't be able to.

I'm devastated. I can't believe this is all I can do. Surely losing an account doesn't result in NEVER being able to play any EA games through my Playstation account ever again???

What do I do? Are there any employees I can contact? I need help!?
