Can't log into my EA account

It needs to send an code to my e-mail. But i never received anything, tried for days, still nothing. I think it may have something to do with me deactivating the e-mail preferences into the EA account, but surely the e-mail codes would bypass this filter, right? Anyway, i would love to be able to access my own account
