    When you have a moment can we try the following?
    
    Connection and Advance Connection Guides
    
    If you continue running into issues, please let us know the following:
    
    Platform:
    
    PSN ID/Gamertag:
    
    Are you getting an error message?
    
    Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
    
    Does this happen to any other account on the device?
    
    How long are you playing until this happens?
    
    Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
    
    What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
    
    Is anything else happening?
    
    Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
    
    If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    
    If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
    
    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Hi,
a few days ago I bought A Way Out together with my friend for PC. the other day we started it and after several attempts to invite the other we managed to play, but since the day before yesterday we have no longer been able to play together. when one of the two creates the online session and invites the other does the authentication and then an infinite loading. we tried them all among all your advice and also on YouTube and third-party forums. You can help us? Thank you

  Can we try the following and check if this continues?
  
  Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
  
  EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
  
  EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
  
  Steam - Verify in your library
  
  EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
  
  Connection and Advance Connection Guides
  
  Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
  
  Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
  
  Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
  
  Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

Hi, so me and my girlfriend decided to play A Way Out for the first time so I bought the game (ON EA APP) and told her to download the friend pass, however, every time she tries to launch the game or accept my invite it loads up and then instantly crashes without any error message?
She's made sure all her drivers are updated and she's reinstalled it on a different hard drive but nothing? We also switched accounts and the trial worked fine for me when I was logged in to her account so I'm sure its a software or hardware issue, furthermore, I did some searching around and saw there was a common issue with 12th Gen Intel CPUs in the past but she has a AMD cpu so I'm sure that isn't the issue?. I've been searching for a solution for hours but can't seem to find anyone who's having the same issue.

just to summarise, whenever she launches the game a box shows up saying "A way out" Then after a couple of seconds it crashes and takes her back to EA app

Me and my friend just bought the A way out game on EA and we spend like 2-3 hours of our time finding a solution for playing togather via online and we didnt manage to do it because the game is still loading after we are joining each other... Is there any solution for it or i just lost my money xd?

We have the same problem. My friend bought this game from steam one month ago, and we have been trying to play remote for a month. I can accept the invitation on EA app, but the game always stuck in the loading screen with a yellow circle. PLEASE HELP US!!!
