A way out only giving trial option to play through EA Play

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still won’t work, the only other option is to pay for the full game. When you install the game from the store via ea play, it will not show as trial until the game is downloaded. Tried installing through ps app on phone and still no luck. Can’t figure this out at all.
