a way out unable to join friend session
me and my friend want to play a way out but we cant join each other, the screen shows authenticing for a few seconds and then you left with the two circles spinning what to do we tried deleting cache and updating drivers and windows

Can you both try the following steps?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
