@twoflowers76 @KostasFreejet - I did find some posts that seem to suggest that the PS5 will sometimes take time to synch achievements. If this is the case, it sounds like you might have seen a message that you received the achievement, but it's not showing in your list. If it's a synching issue, the easiest way to tell would be to go offline and see if your achievement is listed.
It appears the quickest way to figure it out is to Manually Synch Your Trophies:
Please let us know if it didn't show up in the game when you completed the last puzzle, or if synching doesn't work.

According to a few friends over on the PS guide site, Zoink is aware of the issue and looking into it.
A few people have noted you can potentially get the trophy to pop if you quickly exit out of the game and redo the last puzzle - not guaranteed but worth a shot. Posting here leads me to believe you're past the point of no return so you'll, unfortunately, need to replay the game for another chance

It's not a sync-issue. (i already tried that) the trophy didn't even pop for me when i did the sixth and final puzzle in fivetropolis and just got the puzzle trophy for fivetropolis.
Since every puzzle has a seperate trophy, the game could check (withouth having to replay the whole game) if i have all puzzle trophies and retroactively give me the trophy just like the platinum trophy does.
To me every puzzle related silver trophy popped except the gold trophy for clearing them all six.
But I do agree to what you're saying here.
