To me every puzzle related silver trophy popped except the gold trophy for clearing them all six.
But I do agree to what you're saying here.
Have you tried uploading your save file to the cloud and deleting your local save (make sure to turn off auto-save)? There have been times in other games where a trophy pops after booting the game back up again - if nothing happens, download your save file and start a new game using the same file; it can potentially pop yet again.
Hi the same issu here. Have all 6 trophies but not the master puzzler. Also have save before last puzzle and reloding save couple times but evry time i do last puzzle trophy didint pop. you can check my psnprofile miracolo_pl_
Hello everyone and ty ea for this wonderfullgame.
I m playing on ps5 and yesterdaynigth I obtain the gold trophy master puzzle BUT..but, I didn't realized the first one puzzle in the first town..I skipped his puzzle and continue the adventure towards the next town..
I was very surprising and I hope in my case when I reroll for a new game I could obtain the bronze trophie for success the first puzzle.
Did try everything mentioned above, but no trophy, and no Platinum, so sad ... Hahaha it's so funny to have all the puzzle trophies and not the one that say you have em, whatever ....
Would everyone who has this issue please press the Me Too button on the first post?
Same issue here on Steam. I've completed all 6 puzzles and have their achievements, but the Master Puzzler achievement didn't unlock. Seems to be a fairly common issue over on Steam too.

Tweaking trophies/achievements, let alone removing them from lists is a lot easier said than done as they affect large portions of the game and code. They will first need to pinpoint the issue, get permission to work on it, do a bunch of testing, and then have certification passed for all systems. When doing CTE in Battlefield 1 it was a 2-week minimum process to see results on the user's end.
Players who have credit for all the other puzzles are in a better spot than most players who have encountered bugs since, after the fix, your system just needs to check "all other trophies unlocked: YES/NO"

I’ve completed the game, and got the 5 trophies for all 6 puzzles in the same play through.
The master puzzler and platinum trophies are the only 2 remaining trophies.
