Can’t matchmake in rocket arena
When I try to get in a game of rocket arena it always tell matchmaking failed I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it disconnected my Xbox and it Hasn’t worked if there any other solution please tell me

- @John07683 @John07683 I had the same problem earlier, and posted about it as well. A dev approached me and asked for my customer service ID located in the in-game settings, and some time later in the day I was finally able to play. I assume it had to do with my earlier interaction. Hopefully the same can happen to you.
Running into a problem when I try to search for a game and I never get past the 'Starting Matchmaking' step. I can still change tabs and such but the option to cancel matchmaking doesn't show up.
A similar thing happens if I try and just start a private match with the addition of when I navigate away from the tab and come back the private match doesn't show it's looking for a server. Then when I try to start another private match it says 'Joining Private Match Failed: Already Searching'.
Whatever it is may also be having an effect on my ability to quit the game. No matter what the game will just lock up when I try to exit.
Additional info:
When in a party not as the leader, the matchmaking progresses to the point where the match starts loading but my game gets stuck on the loading screen and the other players get 'another player failed to connect' (same for when we tried a private match).

i just bought the game and downloaded it on august 28,2020..Now its saying matchmaking failed..Im on a custom gaming pc...Any help would be greatly appriciated..
