no, thats not possible, i can assume what scene you mean but this is the only part of the game where you see this kind of content. After that, there will not be any kind of content like that anymore.

Community Manager@rcth80 As @Babyhuehnchen said, there is no way to remove the adult content, from what I understand it's a brief scene and the only one of its kind in the game.
