EA Play Pro -- Early Access not Available (Wild Hearts)

Creating this topic again as apparently EA decided to tag the issue as "Solved" and have not replied or given an update in the last 4 hours since the Early Access started.

The issue persists, all EA Play Pro members are greeted with a gray "Play" button on their Collection and have no forms or means to access the 10 hours of anticipated gameplay for the game, which is part of their benefits as a paid user for both EA Play or EA Play Pro. Any updates are welcomed and, at the time, are direly needed as it would not surprise me if some members decide to cancel their subscription or issue a refund for the game given the lack of communication from EA's customer service team

    Please don't create alternate threads, keeping large issues focused on one thread helps us with gathering the info we need. 

    Also, good news, this was addressed now, the game is available and playable for EA Play Pro users now. 

    Thanks for the posts and sorry for any frustration caused by the delay.

    it's only marked as "solved" so people see their post..it even says it in the thread "only marked as solved for visibility"....
    they are still working on it.

    Seriously though.. Even ON the EA APP it shows you can play the game EARLY. This is crazy to me that such a big publisher/developer is having this much of an issue. There are also 1000's of people in the game playing on twitch many of which are small streamers just using EA pro/play to get in early so there is a TON of people not able to play and it's not getting addressed at all.

    That's what it says but the fact is that we have not heard from them in almost 5 hours, I'd rather tread into the "annoying" territory than idly wait for a reply that as of this posting is yet to arrive
