How to preload the early experience of PS5 platform
The automatic download of PS STORE will not start until 2/15. How can I run the game in advance on 2/13? I have purchased EA PLAY

Hi, folks who have EA Play will be able to play the trial of the game when it releases on the 13th. There isn't a pre-load option for this trial, sorry.
As you mention, there's a pre-load available on the 15th, this is for folks with a pre-order but without EA Play.Mine isnt preloading on ps5 since i played the trial every time i try to it just downloads the trial
- EA_David@demonicdav That should be fine, when the game goes live for you (midnight locally tonight) the trial app should just swap over to the full game app when you restart it.
Mine also still says trail and its passed midnight for me
- EA_DavidHi, hopefully this went away on its own. If it didn't can you restart your PS5 if you haven't done so already.
If you have or this is ineffective, can you try restoring licenses?
