there is no option to log in to ea and it says go to ea.com/cantconnect or something along those lines
HI @SuperDonutGaming To confirm have you linked your EA and Nintendo accounts before?
Also, when you have a moment try going through the following and check if this continues.
- Check for networking issues
- Manage DNS settings
- Try checking your account
- Check for Switch System updates
- Check for power/sleep Mode issues.
Clear Cache:
1. Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Data Corruption:
1. Open the System Settings from the Home menu
2. Go to Manage Software and select Apex Legends
3. Choose Check for Corrupt Data
4. Choose Redownload if it finds any corrupt data

- I am having the same issue with my daughter's game. It will give me an error. The attached screenshot is below. When I put the game in my switch. It works fine, it asks me to enter my ea account information. We are on the same network, and I checked all the steps you posted, still not resolved.

Hi @y2stf34sdh8h To confirm your Switch and your EA account are able to sign in and connect without the error message, but when you use your daughter's Switch and EA account it gives the error?
If so, this would indicate that something is blocking either the Nintendo Switch account or the EA account from going online. Are either a child account?
