I cant log in to my account on the game it takes two on nintendo switch

    Hi @y2stf34sdh8h To confirm your Switch and your EA account are able to sign in and connect without the error message, but when you use your daughter's Switch and EA account it gives the error?

    If so, this would indicate that something is blocking either the Nintendo Switch account or the EA account from going online. Are either a child account?

  1. I am having the same issue with my daughter's game. It will give me an error. The attached screenshot is below. When I put the game in my switch. It works fine, it asks me to enter my ea account information. We are on the same network, and I checked all the steps you posted, still not resolved.

    Yes. My daughters is a child account
