I can't play a way out because of cloud storage?

I have no clue what the problem is and i've already tried reaching to EA support but none of their solutions did anything and now their channels are all down so this is the only place i can come for help now. 

I had both the trial version and the full version of a way out (i bought the full version due to frustrations over the trial version not working) 

I've been trying to play the game with a friend but every time i either try to join him or create a session, it says failed to connect to the ea servers. I have no clue what the problem is and i don't know what's causing it; the ONLY thing i have a hunch about being the problem is when i try to open the game, it occassionally says "failed to sync cloud storage data" or something, then i get the option to either cancel or open the game any way. If i open the game, the online mode doesn't work. 

I've tried many things, i've cleared the origin caches and restarted my computer, i've run both origin and the game on administrator, i've redownloaded origin and the game, but nothing seems to work. I don't know why i can't connect to the online mode and i'm so frustrated because i really want to play this game. On top of that, i can't reach EA support and their help has been basically useless. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
