it takes two - game won't launch with friends pass

I bought the game from Epic games. My friend downloaded the Ea app and installed Friend's pass. Whether he tries to launch the game or accept my invite, his game doesn't launch. It just stucks on the launching screen but nothing happens. We waited 2 hours and game did not launch. His OS is Windows 11. I can provide any additional information if necessarry. We already tried Clean Boot, re-installing the game, running app as admin. Nothing worked.
