It Takes Two bought in Steam but cant play

I just bought the game It Takes Two from Steam and have downloaded it on Steam. when I tried to play it, the EA app opened and my account showed that the game It takes two was already in my library. ...

    Hi @miliansyah_hadi 

    Can we check the following:

    • Any Anti-virus (or other security) quarantining files or preventing the game from reading/writing
    • Check if the drive ITT is installed to, has read/write permissions from Windows
    • Try running the desktop icon as an admin.

Can we check the following:

    Sorry to say I'm having this same problem with NFS: Heat. Pissed honestly. I've been skewering for solutions for the past hour and from what I'm seeing this is a problem EA is fully aware of and flat out refuses to address. I'm actively reaching out on several platforms personally, but I'm not sure what fruit it will bear. I'll keep you posted tho. If nothing, get a refund. That's exactly where I'm heading if I don't hear back within a day or two. If boycotting EA is what it takes to make them aware of their garbage systems, it'll be worth missing the games unfortunately. They've made their own bed.
