it takes two final achievement

I have finished the game and completed all of the achievements, I am sitting on 19/20 achievements, with 1 hidden achievement yet to be unlocked. 

From some research I have seen that it is the Power Couple achievement, which is achieved through getting all achievements, which I have done, but it is not unlocking?
