Level 1 Bug: Stuck on Slide Ramp, Can't Advance

Am playing level 1 with my sister. At the point where you fly off the spinning drill and land on the ramp to slide down just before picking up the final spark plug, my sister experiences the same bug...

What system is everyone on? Does anyone have a screenshot or video of where this is happening?
