Local split-screen in PC version?

Does A Way Out allow two players on the same computer? I cannot find definite answer on Origin in the description. It says only about on-line coop. A lot of games don't support split-screen specifica...

I got the game, tried to play it with a friend, but could NOT add the second player. Tried several different joysticks but there was no response. Help me?

      @kostas24A;  I think the question is how to have two players in the same room, on the same machine, playing with separate controllers!

        I would guess either two plugged in or one wireless and one plugged in.
