My origin

My origin is stuck on a screen like the image i have attached and it alternates form a light to dark, as if it was loading normally but i have left it for about 3 hrs. Help!!!

    i think it is literally just slowly downloading

    i have done this already that is what i previously thought was the problem

    it has turned green in the task bar as if it was downloading but fully as if finished
