My save is gone

I played this game for over 16 hours with my friend. After a week of not playing my save was completely gone. I checked if I could sync my data and it didn't work. I also reinstalled the game and it didn't work

    Hi @Nightmare1091, Thanks for the additional information.

    We might need to start a new game, and confirm you can save and upload your data to the Xbox cloud . Without a local save or cloud data we will not have another option to check for your progress.

    Hi @Nightmare1091, did you recently switch storage drivers? or can you check if any data is currently split across them (if you have more then one)?

    Hey @Nightmare1091 

    If we only have one storage for your game saves, and checking the Xbox cloud does not give you any save data It could be possible that your save data was somehow corrupted or removed from your console. 

    Do you use the Insider builds of Xbox OS by chance? If not, and if you do not have another backup we can locate we will not be able to restore progress to the game.
