Clear cache doesn't work. In fact, that is what I meant by App Recovery. This is sad.
Sorry about that, didn't mean to repeat a step you've already tried.
Did you reach out to Support to see if there's any further steps you can try? It seems like you've tried everything under the sun, but maybe they have another resolution.

Thank you for your help. I don't know if it is my Internet problem, Contact-Us page is blank all the time. I asked EAHelp on Twitter and they doesn't respond me after 12 hours. By the way, this post was marked as spam soon after I posted it. Maybe they think I'm joking or trolling. The best result I can get so far is a Loading grey button, which still does nothing, and after restarting the app or restarting my PC, it becomes Download again.

Hey @PokeyKetchup87,
It does take some time for them to respond via DM on Twitter or Facebook.
Also, if you're getting a blank page on the EA Help site, can you try clearing everything in your web browser, and logging in again?
