my friend keeps getting error "a network errorr occured" 107 3807360 when she opens the game. When she sits at the campfire the go online button is grayed out

Same issue since launch I haven’t been able to link with anyone
update: My friend can play online if they start the game using the EA launcher instead of steam (even though they bought the game on steam)

@zambuca When you try to update the game on PS5 what error are you getting? Can you take a screenshot of that error for us?
I already made 2 posts about it. Just made a new one 2 days ago.
Here is the screenshot. No errors during updates just when trying to log online for months now...
