Never ending loading screen

When i accept an invite or my friend accepts an invite we get stuck in a never ending loading screen. We are on xbox one and we both own it console is set to home, tried resseting xbox and internet also reinstalled the game and changed internet settings.

    both my friend and i have gone through all of your steps and a completely new list of steps that was given to me when i requested a call from ea. nothing ea has suggested has fixed this problem

    Please Darko stop telling everyone the same 4 things, we are not stupid, we have tried all those things numerous times this is ridiculous...... fix your game
