Ongoing Issue - Error Code 104-40010000 (Game Session Unavailable)

Since yesterday, I have been experiencing persistent issues connecting to a game session, encountering the error code 104-40010000. I am located in Brazil and have been attempting to play from Xbox with players on PC, but the system consistently reports that the session is unavailable.

This issue is preventing normal gameplay and significantly impacting the user experience. I kindly request that EA investigate and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

    Same error, I'm hosting on Steam and my friend is on friend pass on PS5, he can't connect with error 104-40010000

    Hey ​everyone,

    Thanks for the posts. We are aware of an issue preventing matchmaking from taking place in certain situations and we're working to get that cleared up.

    HiEA_Mako​, I’m getting this error repeatedly today for It Takes Two while trying to start a session with another PS5 player. We’ve tried restarting everything and no luck. Is this being looked into again by any chance?
