PC Performance Optimization Feedback Request

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: Ryzen 7 2700
  • RAM: 16GB
  • GPU  RTX 3070
  • Driver Version: 528.49
  • Network Speed: 500Mb Fiber
  • Storage 1TB  PCIe M.2 
  • Refresh Rate of Display: 60hz 
Game
  • Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you. Alot of stutters and barely able to keep a steady framerate, hovers between 25-40 fps
  • Current Preset Graphical Settings Selected: Highest, but have tried all presets. Looks to be CPU bound
  • Resolution Selected: 4K, 1440P, and 1080P all hail the same results
  • Average FPS 30
