last week i had fix it to play after change the compatibility mode to Windows 8. but today i cannot start it again. i dont know why..
i sended the dxdiag.txt to omegaforce link in first post from ea supporter. i hope realy the information helps..

- Current Experience while playing, please describe how the game runs for you: i had it finally run with compatibility mode for Windows 8 (i using win10), it works normal i think, not realy lagging. but today i tried again and i cannot start it again. i am sure the reason is the EA app, cause other EA app needed games also crashes since it changes the service from origin app. before no proble, afer: only crash by start.
- Current Preset Graphsical Settings Selected: Standard preset
- Resolution Selected: 1920 x 1080
- Average FPS (If Known): unknown cause cannot start again with the ea app. i was i the character creation at last and had to break.(cause the character configs all are lost when i goes back to change the body type (male, female), it would be better if its all in the same parameter, so configs from face and tatoos also dont lost.. i mean: a little saving would be nice, cause colors also can be saved.
