Play online is greyed out
So every time I go to my campfire play online is greyed out I am on Xbox series X. It keeps saying unable to connect to EA servers. I can play online in every game I own but this one.

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Since launch, still happening
Is anything else happening? I cannot enable online play. When the game launches I receive a "please reset your password error and QR code, which redirects to EA help to reset a password. I did not have an EA account and nothing to reset. Once I created an EA account, this still does nothing and I am unable to link my Xbox account to EA, error messages or reset password errors always come up.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip..
So is this happening too every one on xbox series x? I haven't been able too play with friends or family that I talked in too get the game for us not to play together!!!
