Re: 10+ minute crossplay queues already?

Midday here in Australia and queuing for Ranked on Xbox with crossplay on saw me get one match fairly quickly (though it was a Rocketball game and my team of console players were up against PC players and, not surprisingly, we got annihilated).

 

However, queuing again for Ranked after that match saw me get the "Matchmaking Failed: Search Timed Out" message, and again after requeuing once more.

 

This is terrible. Devs need to do something.

 

Why not let us choose what server we play on?

 

I already have to play Apex Legends on US servers because Aussie servers are dead. At least let me play this on US servers, too, because at least then I'd be able to play!

    Hey @Comixfan @LordVo1demort12,

    I hear ya, it sure can be frustrating to be stuck in a queue for quite some time when you just want to play.

    As you mentioned, you have already enabled cross-play, which is great, and you can see if switching your multiplayer playlist from "ranked" to "social" play helps, too.

    @EA_Leeloo nothing helps am trying to find a game right now and I still cant find any games at all ! am just sitting in the que staring at the menu for minutes and hours ! no game to be found at all this is seriously annoying ! why did I spend money on this if your game doesn't even work !

    Do not worry it is now 80% off on all platforms you will find maybe one or two that willing to play now. well for a day or two until they see the horrid season pass and that the game is reall thin in content. Reparative real quick... with nothing to work toward long term... that aside you will find a few new players so jump on quick before they quit again.

    Why should EA care if we paid FULL price, if we were unable to find a game most the time, and told DO not play the Rank mode you want play Social you will have a slightly better chance", and Oh you will not receive any reward for your loyalty or support the last few weeks. While at it.. EA will deny any refund request of course, and we will just have to watch others play the game knowing they paid a fraction of what we paid... but oh well EA made money that is all that matters right?
