Hi to everyone, my partmer and i had this problem too, we solved it thanks to this answer in a topic in Steam

"We solved it by scaling all graphics settings down to the lowest settings - the glitch seems to be performance-related."

It looks ugly for a while but you can change the settings back to normal after you passed that part, late response but better late than never.
