Thanks for the additional details, Are you simply unable to select continue or do you get an error message?

Also, if we haven't so far can we try the following?

1. Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
2. Verify you signed into your PSN account
3. Check for console updates 
4. Restore Licence
5. Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
