You've done the right thing by filling out the webform to ask the Terms of Service team to look into this for you. They are the only team that can investigate bans or suspensions. Once they have received your case and completed their investigation into the ban, they'll reach out to you via email from this address: noreply@ea.com.

In the meantime, you might be able to get some context in the meantime by taking a look through your emails for a message from them. They aim to send one out when a ban has been added. It may specify the general rule broken, for example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc.
