Just in case anyone else is looking, i’m having this problem today (December 2020) on Xbox. Everything is fine but stops at connecting to IAM
It just stops at 5/11 and says unable to connect. Any help?

- 5 years ago@CrueSixx69 Yeah and ea won't ever give you no answers I spent an hour on chat while he asked me a bunch of dumb questions to tell my that I don't have the game . Like yeha I do ... I downloaded for free then it stopped working so then I went and just bought the digital copy to see if that would fix it .. nope .. iv even spent money in game on the mystic pack and hey tells me I don't have the game !! Lol

Hi,
i got the same problem
- 5 years ago@aleak2101 Hi Aleak2101, if you are playing on PS5 after updating to season three try going to to menu of your PS5. Selecting the profile picture, select log out, the press the PlayStation button on your controller and select the power and power off the PS5. Wait 30 seconds, then power on the PS5 and try logging in again. This worked for me.
- 5 years ago@aleak2101 Same. It's been this way a few days. Reset my router, disconnected and reconnected wifi. Restarted my XSX. Still same issue.

- Are you getting kicked from matches or not able to join in the first place?
- Which platform are you using?
- When did these issues start?
- What troubleshooting have you tried up to this point?
If anyone still experiencing this can respond so we can take a further look.

- Can't even sign in to play. Stops at 5/11 when launching game.

- Xbox one
- When did these issues start?
- As soon as it was installed. Haven't been able to play since installing. 4 days ago.
- What troubleshooting have you tried up to this point?
- Reset router/modem. Testing connection on Xbox. Using Xbox Game Pass and confirmed I was able to play and sign in to other EA play games.
