Royam Glitch Lost In Random

Hello everyone,

     I have run into a game breaking glitch in Two Town, that I haven't seen anyone else report. Firstly, I am playing on PS4 Pro. In Two Town, I am at the part where I have to battle it out with the rhymes with Royam. This is where the answers are: Sleeping Eyes, Croon, Spiritual Bouquet (I think). After that, it will complete the quest. Well I failed it the first time. 

     Now, I have the option to run around Two-Town, with the wolf guy still standing in front of the ladder down. There is an exclamation mark in front of Royam, who is hanging upside down. If I hit X to talk to Royam, the camera locks into a specific view for the conversation, but nothing happens. Royam is still looking around, the option to talk to him is now crossed out, and I can move Odd around the map, but the camera stays locked on Royam. I have tried reloading and talking to other NPCs before talking to Royam, same thing. I have purchased a card from the vendor (for the game to auto save) and then talked to Royam, and same thing. I can't seem to get the game to move forward, and at this point I don't want to restart the whole game. 

     I attached two screenshots. The second one is Odd behind Royam, showing that I can run around the map in this locked position. Any help would be great.
