Stuttering after last update with DLSS enabled but frame gen off.

Product: Immortals of Aveum

Platform: PC (Steam)

Language:English

After the latest update the game has stuttering and hitching when played at 4K resolution with or without DLSS enabled. It didn't do this prior to this update. Turning on frame gen with DLSS enabled reduces this effect but does not eliminate it. FSR3 has this as well but to a lesser degree and enabling frame gen almost completely eliminates it. I get 60+fps with maxed settings at 4K when using either DLSS or FSR so the game should play smoothly. I've tested this on 2 seperate PC's, both with 4090's, one with an Intel i9 13900k and the other with a Ryzen 9 7950X3D and both have the same result. To recreate this use an RTX 4090 and run the game at 4K maxed settings and use DLSS quality without frame gen.

  • I have noticed this too, even a 4090 does it huh? Thought it was my 4070 Ti. Yeah that's a bunch of BS, the game isn't optimized well at all. An update must have to fix this. I'm back on DLSS with V-Sync off because of this.
