Treasure Hunter Trophy On PS5

Treasure Hunter trophy not activating on PS5 .... game says 120/120 chests found, but trophy says 119/120. Is there a fix for this?

Completed the game (twice because I missed a few the first time in "Wounds edge") and I've now opened all 120 gold chests in the epilogue and the "trophy hunter" achievement still won't pop.
