When you have a moment, can we try the following?
Clear Cache:
1. Open System Settings on the HOME Menu
2. Then select System ⇒ Formatting Options ⇒ Clear Cache.
3. Select the user you'd like to clear the cache for, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Data Corruption:
1. Open the System Settings from the Home menu
2. Go to Manage Software and select Apex Legends
3. Choose Check for Corrupt Data
4. Choose Redownload if it finds any corrupt data

I've tried all of the following and I am still receiving the same error. I also attempted to connect online while right next to my router, and I still received the error.

Still receiving the error. I've checked both my EA and Nintendo accounts and I haven't made any changes to either. My Nintendo account isn't a child's account either. I tested my internet and it's running fine, but I'm not sure on how to enable data sharing. Also, I've found a thread from January 2022 concerning a similar issue among other users. No solution was posted or mentioned in the thread. Was this issue rectified over a year ago and the simply solution was not posted, or is this still an unsolved issue?

Same issue here. My partner and I have been trying every single suggestion to get our switches to play via online. He has the friend pass and I own the game (hard copy/game card).
we’re both tech savvy and still haven’t been able to resume our game. We started the game online and merely wanted to resume.
I had to clear cache, restart my switch, attempt to log in, etc on repeat and nothing. Same thing for my partner. Still the same issue. (Error code: 105-80190000)
we’ve both reset our internet, ran diagnostics on both consoles and modems, but nothing. Barring uninstalling, no clue what else to do.
W checked our consoles for corrupted data, that our system clocks are set to update via internet, confirmed we have system space available, and done about every trick we can think of. (Including unlinking and re-linking our EA account)
its extremely frustrating and disappointing that we can’t continue this journey together and that it feels like an EA issue. The game play was fantastic, but this whole server issue makes for a disappointing experience.
