Unable to connect to the EA servers ...Wild Hearts

I can't use online mode in Wild Hearts game. I got the message ... Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, check that "Online Functions" are enabled in your settin...

I'm not sure why, but occasionally on Xbox or pc I have had a specific setting "Online Functions" in the overall tab reset to 'disabled' switching it back manually allowed me to connect. I'm not sure why it keeps changing to disabled but it's happened twice now and I have been playing for about four days
