Unable to download It Take Two on EA Play

Hello!

A few days ago I downloaded It Takes Two (the free version in which you can only play the first two chapters).

I decided that I like it and bought a subscription for a year at EA Play to be able to play the whole game as well as other games that come with the subscription.

When I tried to download the full version of the game, I was told that it was already installed and I decided to delete the trial version that I played before to make room for the new one.

The problem I'm facing now is that after I uninstalled the trial version, the full version that appeared free with EA Play no longer appears as if it were free.

Why is it not free anymore?

    If you are still running into issues downloading It Takes Two from your EA play subscription please let us know the following...

     

    • Platform (or client):
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Have you purchased ITT or are you playing via EA play?
    • Have you played on the friend pass before?
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    Hello! I'm facing the same problem and was thinking maybe you have the answer? 😅 I'm currently having this problem on PS4, just bought the EA Play subscription 2 days ago. Any tips? Asked the guys from EA and they confirmed "It takes two" it's free with the subscription but I'm still not able to download it for free, only to purchase it with a 10% discount..

    Would you be able to share a link to the store page your looking at or a screenshot of how it appears?

    Theres a few different listings for ITT on the PSN store I wanted to check which we were looking at?

    I have the same issue, I will be requesting a refund should it takes two not be included as it is the main reason i purchased EA Play

    hello, I have the same problem with it takes two. This game is not free, only 10% discount.

    Hi, I bought an EA Play subscription to download and play It Takes Two on Playstation 5. After buying the subscription, the full version of the game is still paid. What to do?
