Hi @0137f4ee4ac19061 @Bojuka_Bog Can we try the following and check if this continues?
- Verify you are signed into the Steam and EA accounts that have been linked with each other, versus other accounts you may have.
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Verify the game in your Steam library
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Trying closing other Anti-Cheats and overlays that may be running

FIXED!
I did two things and now it is fixed.
1) in EA App go to Top left 3 lines, click help - App recovery - clear cache.
2) in Steam, right click Wild Hearts, properties, local files, verify game files
Same issue. I have EA Play Pro, but also own the game on steam. The game cannot launch via Steam, only via EA App. I want to play via Steam, not EA Play Pro but the EA App doesn't recognize that the game is owned by Steam.- 3 years ago
