Unable to Play It Takes Two Online (PS5)

After I press X on the Play Online option in the main menu of "It Takes Two" I am shown these messages in this order: 1. Connecting to EA servers 2. Authenticating 3. Unable to connect to the EA s...

Thank you for your help. I tried the listed suggestions and I am still running into the same issues. Whether or works or not is still inconsistent and it is still unclear what the cause is.
