Unraveled 2 not detecting controller for player 2

Can we try the following steps?

After, try plugging in the controller after you launch the Unreaveled 2

    Thank you for your time. Unfortunatelly, I've followed each step and tried again both plug in and wireless and the option to add another player still doesn't show up.. I don't know what else to do.
