Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

I have EA Play Pro and my EA app says Feb 16th next to mine with nothing about a trial. Am I missing something?
