Wild Hearts lost progress after online play

Happened with Wild Hearts:

I don't remember the specific date but sometime last week I was helping a friend starting out on some chapter 1 quests and after finishing some we got off the game. Next time I logged in I noticed I was still stuck on the quests we left off at and I can't look at the chapters I have completed. I was up to chapter 4. I tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling, I got back on with my friend and progressed a little with them then went back to my own session to see if that would fix it. I can still progress the story but I'm pushed back a lot. I still have my armors and other things unlocked. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
