As I understand it, you wanted to remove your payment method from your account.
You reached out to an Advisor and they removed PayPal like you asked and now you cannot access EA Play any more?
There was also a mention of you receiving the remainder of your EA Play Pro subscription, could you give a little more information about that?
yes i wanted to remove the paypal to not charge me again for future ea pro
but the first advisor remove my ea pro to
the second one told me that i will get a refund
the 3rd one told me that i will remaining days
the 4th told me that i will not get anything no refund no days back
