EA Play Pro Isn't Working
I have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, and my EA account is linked to my Xbox account. However, whenever I try to download a game through EA, I see a message saying I need to purchase that game. I've had my EA account since 2020, and it's always given me trouble, but the fact that it won't let me use a service I can't purchase is driving me crazy.

Medal of Honor: Airborne remains one of the most unique and innovative first-person shooters EA has ever published. Unlike traditional WWII shooters, Airborne gave players the freedom to parachute into missions and choose their own landing zones, creating different approaches to every objective and making each playthrough feel unique. Even today, very few games offer the same level of freedom and replayability. For many fans, Airborne wasn’t just another Medal of Honor game—it was one of the franchise’s defining entries. Its atmosphere, soundtrack, weapon progression system, and memorable missions made it stand out from its competitors and helped cement the Medal of Honor series as one of gaming’s most respected military shooter franchises. Unfortunately, many players can no longer experience the game because it remains tied to older hardware. A whole generation of gamers has never had the opportunity to play this classic title, while longtime fans have no easy way to revisit it on modern consoles. I bought a yearly subscription for my daughter 8 years ago and she hasn’t used it since then and I can’t login to cancel Please can you help me. I bought the EA subscription so she could play online games and I get charged every year as she doesn’t have the login to cancel it. What can I do to get refunded for this and stop these charges? Not getting full access to EA Play on PS5
Hi all, I wonder if someone can help me I have been a EA Play member for a few years on my PS5 and i recently noticed that when I go to view games on my EA Play Subscription on the PS5 i only have 3 games that come up (picture attached) I have gone to my PlayStation account and my EA Play subscription looks like its linked up and I have a paid membership until next year. So i am a bit confused as to why i am only seeing 3 games when i know there are a lot more, could someone help me please? I thought it was a glitch at first but this has been 3 days now. EA Play member - Not receiving CFB 27 Welcome or Ultimate Team Packs
I'm an EA Play member through XBOX Ultimate - I have not received my CFB 27 Welcome Pack or July Ultimate Team Pack. EA Sports College Football 27 Get ready for College Football 27 with an EA Play Welcome Pack starting July 2, and a College Football Ultimate Team Pack available until July 31. Is anyone else having this issue?
Can't access purchased installed game due to EA play
Game is Mass Effect Legendary Edition. I have owned this game without using EA play for years, as of this morning it is claiming that I need EA play to access the game. The help box agent is not helpful in answering what is going wrong, he says he will answer my question, then types nothing for >10 minutes and I am dropped. Is EA now saying my former purchases are invalid and games need EA play even when purchased? This is obviously unacceptable business practice and will just lead to me boycotting EA outright rather than pay for a rental service. I need clarification on this issue please.
EA Play from Epic not activated on EA account
I recently bought Dead Space 2023 from Epic stores and I chose the monthly plan from EA PLAY. I finished the game and now i wanted to play some other games included on ea play but i found that the subscription is not activated on my ea account. Platform PC Note the accounts are linked I palyed Dead space with no problem. [CM edit - descriptive title]
xbox game pass ultimate not giving FC26 or EA play
My EA account is linked to my xbox account which has gamepass ultimate and when i go to the EA app on my computer it only gives me the option to install the preview for FC 26. However, on the xbox app it shows that i can install the full version but when i do it only installs the preview. It is also not giving me my EA play subscription.
