My account was hacked and linked to an EA account I've never seen before
This account was banned and it is what comes up when opening EA play games from the Xbox app. I cannot unlink it from my Xbox account, and EA support has repeatedly opened the chat but not responded, leaving me with no option to recover my account. (my xbox account name is blacked out for privacy.).
Is There An EA Play Free Trial?
I normally don't have an interest in game subscription services, but there was a few EA games that I don't own that looked interesting and I wanted to try out EA Play to see if it's something I may be interested in. I was wondering if there was a week or two free trail available for EA Play on PC(through the EA clients or even Steam)? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help answer this.
EA App not applying the EA Play subscription from Xbox PC Gamepass
Hello, I have the PC Xbox Gamepass with EA play. Recently when I have tried to download a new game through the EA App it makes me pay full price instead of letting me download it. It also shows on the EA app that I do not have a EA play subscription. However, on the Xbox app it shows that I am connected to the EA app and that this is the correct account. I have restarted and reinstalled both of the apps but I am still having the same issue. The games that I downloaded before this issue I can still play, but I can not download any new ones. Xbox PC Game Pass error with EA Play Account
Recently, I logged into my xbox account and reactivated my pc game pass. While doing so I wanted to play some ea games, and tried to click on the xbox app's link to ea play. It gave me a " There's been an error Try resetting your password and restarting your game." When I went online to the ea page to reset my password using my xbox credentials, it said: Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account (*withdrawn*) already linked to your EA Account for a5*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime. Why is my xbox account linked to a disabled ea email? this doesn't make any sense. Please help.
Can't play NHL 25 on EA Play
Trying to play regular online games, HUT Moments etc and always a error pops up saying: "Trial rights were not found for this user" and the game restarts. Never experienced similar in previous years when playing NHL or Fifa as every game mode has worked just fine. Is there a solution to this error?EA Play
I bought the EA Play for a month. I bought it to play NFS Heat. Once I opened it my PlayStation said "Can't use this content. It's being used on another console." I also can download other games from the play list, but they also say the same thing. It also says that I need to go and buy the EA Play again. On both the PC and PlayStation. And yes, the accounts are linked. I also did get the confirmation that I paid for it.
Achievements are not available on EA Play
I want to start off by stating I am not referring to XBOX Achievements via the PC Game pass, I am aware that you cannot earn Xbox achievements playing an EA title on Gamepass. I am referring to the EA app itself, not a single game available on EA Play has achievements even the ones that obviously do such as The Battlefield and Need for Speed series of games. The only games that I am able to earn achievements in are the two that I own, not associated with my subscription. Is this working as intended? To not allow users to earn EA achievements through EA Play games?
EA Play Scammed Me
I subscribed to EA Play thinking it would charge Rs 399/month as shown in the app. My region is set to Pakistan, and the app displayed Rs399/month not mentioning it would be charged in Indian Rupees. I was unexpectedly charged Rs 1420 PKR, more than thrice the amount it was showing. This is misleading and I'd like a refund or adjustment. If my region is set to Pakistan why are you showing me the currency in Indian Rupees and not even mentioning it is INR (Indian Currency) and not PKR (Pakistani Currency). How can I get my refund, if I didn't get my refund, I will sue them for Misleading Information and Scam. [Personal info removed - CM]I have a game pass subscription but EA app still asks me to pay for the game.
I clicked the download button on Xbox app, Yes my Xbox is connected, yes I've logged in and out, nothing appears to work, from what I've been reading this is a known issue that has not be solves after years of it bugging, i want to be able to down games to play with friends but i am not able to, someone help, im on windows and i have a F11 gaming laptop.
