EA Play - PS5. Most games not showing on Play List
Hi. In the last few weeks hardly any games are showing in my Play List on my PS5. EA Play subscription doesn't expire until 2026. This is if I click Playstation Store > Subscriptions >EA Play>View Games If I click on Playstation Store > Subscriptions >EA Play>Learn More then it shows a few more games, but still not many. Really frustrating as I'd often have a look to see what games have been added. Been using EA Play for 3-4 years and this problem has only started happening very recently.EA MEMBERSHIP
I wanted to cancel my EA Play Pro subscription early so I wouldn't forget about it later. When I tried to do so on the website, after clicking "Cancel" or "Manage Subscription," I was automatically redirected to the EA home page. I opened a ticket and contacted support via chat. My subscription was canceled, but I can't continue playing. According to the information provided at the time of purchase, I should be able to play for a month even after canceling, which in my case should have ended on October 23rd. However, instead of canceling my subscription, support marked it as expired, meaning I can't use what I purchased. What the hell is going on? Hello, I have been an EA Play Pro subscriber for 3 years and I really enjoy the service. Recently, my subscription was cancelled due to a payment issue, but I did not intend to cancel it. The email I received stated October 15, 2025, as the payment date, but my subscription was cancelled earlier than that. This left me without enough time to add my new payment method. I have now added a new payment method to my EA account and I am ready to make the payment immediately. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the email clearly mentions October 15 as the date. Could you please review my case and let me know if there is any way to restore my EA Play Pro subscription from my previous billing cycle instead of starting a new one? I have bought the eafc26 standard byt i want to play the trial because i pay EA play to play 10 hours trial but when i downloaded i couldn't do anything on the menu except training so i pay 7 euros for nothing ea And it doesn't let me download only the trial it says to me you have it

Hello, My EA Play Pro membership was going to be renewed for 999 TL on 27/09/2025, but there was an error with the payment method(every time i use this credit card). I had alternative cards. Now i want to renew my membership , but the price is shown as $119. Please help me for this situation.
Cannot Renew EA Play Pro via PayPal (Payment Fails - Region Issue)
Hello EA Team, I have been trying to renew my EA Play Pro subscription for several weeks now using PayPal. Despite trying different cards linked to my PayPal account, all attempts have failed. I contacted PayPal support and confirmed that there are no issues with my account or cards. They also confirmed that the same card successfully processed an EA Play payment in December 2024. In my country (Azerbaijan), PayPal is the only available payment method for EA Play. Direct card payments and other payment methods are not available. This situation prevents me from renewing my subscription. I would also like to mention that I have been an EA account holder since 2010 and have been a long-time player and loyal customer of EA games, especially series like Battlefield and FIFA (now FC series). I have also noticed that many users from different countries are facing similar issues, which suggests this could be a broader problem. Can’t Buy EA Play Pro Subscription – Payment Always Fails
I’ve been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro for days now and EA just won’t let me. First, I couldn’t even link my credit card for 3 days straight. When I finally got that sorted and tried to purchase the subscription, I got this error: "That didn’t work, let’s try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." Well, the problem definitely persists. I’ve tried multiple times, waited, retried — same thing every time. I contacted EA support twice already, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. I just want to pay for the subscription and play, but EA’s system won’t even let me give them money. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any actual fix, or am I stuck waiting forever while support does nothing?
