The Sims 2 + The Sims 2 Packs no longer downloadable or Playable
Hey I tried to get contacted with Epic games support either but they did not take any resposibilty and one and other live support directed to me here afterall. I did purchased EA play thru Epic Games. When I try to play The Sims 2 Legacy Edition it directing me to different game called The Sims 2 + The Sims 2 Packs and seems like this is no longer valid allocation.
been getting charged for ea play since october
i honestly dont know how im getting charged for ea play still, i have no payment methods saved and to my knowledge i cancelled the service and haven't been using it for months now, so i don't understand how im still getting charged for it. i had no clue i was even getting charged since its on a credit card i never use and never got a email from ea that i was even getting charged like many others do. im so tired of ea and will def never use this service again or buy a game from ea.
Xbox/PC Pass wont work with EA Play

Currently attempting to open a case using EA Help to verify my identity but keep getting this reloaded page stating: "This issue isn't supported by advisors." I had a previous case opened roughly 2 weeks ago that was unable to verify. Is this the reason that message keeps showing up? I want to try again due to unsatisfactory effort on behalf of support team member Alternatively, is there an EA support email address available to assist me in verifying account? Ultimately, I want to join EA Play Pro, currently Game Pass Ultimate with access to EA Play on EA app for PC. Unbeknownst to me at the time of joining Ultimate 1 month ago, these two accounts were linked YEARS ago and I no longer have access to the email address I used when creating my EA account. I don't want to lose the progress I've made in the EA games I've play thus far Any help would be appreciated
Issue with PC Game Pass and EA Play
I have an active PC Game Pass subscription and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. However, the EA App does not show that I have EA Play, and the Xbox app says it cannot connect to the EA App. Could anyone explain why this is happening or how I can fix it? Fight night on xboxseries s unable to sign into xbox live
When attempting to play Fight Night Champion on my Xbox Series S it won’t let me sign in with my profile. It says “you must be signed in to Xbox Live and the EA servers in order to access the online features of this title” That wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t prevented me from playing Champion Mode or Legacy Mode. I tried signing into my EA account on the Microsoft Edge app on my Xbox and on my phone as well but it doesn’t change anything. At a loss here and everything I look up comes to no avail.. Would like some official help if possible.
Can’t Buy EA Play Pro Subscription – Payment Always Fails
I’ve been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro for days now and EA just won’t let me. First, I couldn’t even link my credit card for 3 days straight. When I finally got that sorted and tried to purchase the subscription, I got this error: "That didn’t work, let’s try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." Well, the problem definitely persists. I’ve tried multiple times, waited, retried — same thing every time. I contacted EA support twice already, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. I just want to pay for the subscription and play, but EA’s system won’t even let me give them money. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any actual fix, or am I stuck waiting forever while support does nothing?
Disappointed with decreasing value of EA Play Pro
I have spent the past few hours trying to talk to someone about the new Battlefield 6 Season Pass for Season 2, and I have to say I am pretty frustrated with this service. I pay the annual subscription for Pro, but the fact that I am expected to pay for additional content for games feels like a slap in the face, especially when compared to rival services like Ubisoft+. I understand having a lower tier offering that doesn't give every piece of content, but the "premium" membership should offer all content. Every DLC, every content pack, every premium feature. There should be absolutely nothing in the EA app that I do not have access to if I'm paying this much per year.
