Unable to reactivate EA Play Pro
My EA Play Pro was expiring today and I clicked to reactivate only to be met with "Problem with this request, try again in few minutes" Tried multiple times to no avail. Contacted live support which didnt say anything but "try a different payment method". I have one account and one card I use, I literally used it two days ago to buy FC Points with no issue. I need help with this asap.

Please comment so this gets enough traction that those who can help sees it. I honestly can’t believe I’m having to post this, but EA support says this is my last resort option. TLDR: EA overcharged me for an annual EA Play pro subscription, when I tried to get help and request a refund my EA Play pro subscription they CANCELED my membership. They are refusing to refund my money or reactivate my subscription as the underlying structure of the support tools won't allow them to override it and give me a refund. Paid $167.99 and have no subscription for the year either. On Nov 20, I bought an EA Play membership. Price listed: $149.99 CAD. PayPal showed: $149.99 pending. Everything looked normal. Then the charge finalized… and EA took $167.99 CAD. So I did what any reasonable person would do: I contacted support immediately — same day, within hours — to report the overcharge. And EA’s response? ✅ They canceled my membership ✅ They kept all of my money ❌ No refund ❌ No EA PLAY subscription ❌ No accountability They essential stole my money as I don't have a subscription, OR my money. I have reached out through email and to the EA help advisors. Every agent I’ve spoken to says they want to help but “can’t” because I’m “outside the refund window.” Except I wasn't. I reached out by email the moment the charge went wrong, but somehow a case number was not created. So EA overcharged me… Then removed the service I paid for… Then kept every dollar… And now hides behind a scripted policy instead of fixing their own billing error. How is this acceptable? I’ve been polite. I’ve provided proof. I’ve explained the timeline over and over. And EA still refuses to refund me or restore the membership they canceled. So I’m posting this publicly because private support channels have completely failed me. I have met a few nice agents who agree with my case but because it is unique they can't help even though they want to because of the "underlying structure of the support tools". There is no way to manually override things, so I'm left paying $167.99 for nothing as I have no access to the subscription now even though it should be valid for nearly a year! Because right now, it feels like EA can take your money, cancel your service, and then shrug and say “policy.” And that should worry every EA customer. Has anyone else had EA overcharge them or cancel a membership and then refuse to fix it? How did you get it resolved? How do I get my money back, or at least get my EA Play subscription back? Thanks for reading, I just don't know what to do.
Can´t download games with EA play even though I have Xbox game pass
I currently have an xbox game pass pc subscription, where I should be able to get EA play, but when I try to download games it takes me to the EA app, but it only appears the options to buy the game or subscribe to EA play, even though I have the game pass and my Xbox account is properly linked to my EA account. My EA id is JMNRACER and I have already tried to unlink and then link the accounts again as well as signing out and then back in on both EA and Xbox.
EA Play Subscription on Playstation PS5 PRO not being linked to EA Account????
Hi, I have EA Play through Xbox Ultimate, but wasn't seeing any EA Play benefits transferring across on my Playstation. In the EA app both my Xbox and Playstation accounts are linked. I took out another EA Play subscription via Playstation, but the subscription is not being recognised via EA Play and I'm not receiving the free grifts/benefits in Battlefield 6! Hello, I am writing regarding my Play Pro subscription, which I have been trying to cancel for the past two months. This subscription no longer suits my needs, and I am also no longer able to afford it financially. However, despite following multiple official guides explaining how to manage and cancel the subscription, I am facing an issue. When I log into my account and go to the subscription management section, no active subscription is detected, even though I am still being charged. Because of this, it is impossible for me to cancel it on my own. I have been trying to resolve this situation for two months now without success. I do not know whether this is a technical bug or another issue, but I would really appreciate your help in cancelling my Play Pro subscription as soon as possible. Hello I bought ea play thinking that I would get fc 26 as a download and it isn't so could I get a refund as I meant to buy fc26 and not ea play as it Is not available for download I bought it today and have downloaded the games but not fully and didn't play them so can I get a refund on my ea play thanks
Can’t Buy EA Play Pro Subscription – Payment Always Fails
I’ve been trying to subscribe to EA Play Pro for days now and EA just won’t let me. First, I couldn’t even link my credit card for 3 days straight. When I finally got that sorted and tried to purchase the subscription, I got this error: "That didn’t work, let’s try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later." Well, the problem definitely persists. I’ve tried multiple times, waited, retried — same thing every time. I contacted EA support twice already, and absolutely nothing has been done to fix this. I just want to pay for the subscription and play, but EA’s system won’t even let me give them money. Has anyone else run into this? Is there any actual fix, or am I stuck waiting forever while support does nothing?Ea play membership refund
Hello , Ea play membership is expired on my account long time ago maybe 2 months ago , and just now it take from my card a new subscription, even my card are not in the payment and wallet of my account, I already delete it !!! How could they take money while the card isn’t there and also I didn’t subscribe!! Please I need refund and I don’t want the subscription
