Cannot Renew EA Play Pro via PayPal (Payment Fails - Region Issue)
Hello EA Team, I have been trying to renew my EA Play Pro subscription for several weeks now using PayPal. Despite trying different cards linked to my PayPal account, all attempts have failed. I contacted PayPal support and confirmed that there are no issues with my account or cards. They also confirmed that the same card successfully processed an EA Play payment in December 2024. In my country (Azerbaijan), PayPal is the only available payment method for EA Play. Direct card payments and other payment methods are not available. This situation prevents me from renewing my subscription. I would also like to mention that I have been an EA account holder since 2010 and have been a long-time player and loyal customer of EA games, especially series like Battlefield and FIFA (now FC series). I have also noticed that many users from different countries are facing similar issues, which suggests this could be a broader problem. I kindly request the EA team to investigate this and provide a solution or alternative for affected users. Thank you very much for your attention and support!
An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime.
Just signed up for Xbox Game Pass 14 day trial and disappointingly feel I'm going to miss out on actually 'trialing' what i want to trial because of the EA account linking issue with xbox. I already have my Playstation account linked with EA however getting the below message when attempting to link the new xbox game pass account i created. Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for REMOVED was previously linked to the Xbox account for REMOVED. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime. By the way, I use a password manager and have zero recollection of using a xbox account linked in the past. I have a case open (#209316687) however worried that this isn't going to be sorted and can't see an option to chat with anyone apart from a useless bot. Is there anyone who can help me get this sorted quicker?? Surely I dont have to create a new Sony (Playstation) and EA account just to have them all linked correctly and you will be able to see that it's rarely (if ever been used previously). Thanks.
Deleting an EA account
Has anyone here been successful with deleting their EA account? I've been trying on and off for years and can never get a hold of someone from EA. I've been trying to open a case/start a chat through the EA help site these past two and they refuse to reach out. If anyone has, would you be able to let me know how you went about it? It is possible there's just something that I'm missing. And if someone from EA reads this, please help me with deleting my account. Please. Clearly the phrasing for game availability at launch with an EA Play Pro subscription has changed at some point to "select titles" and existing subscribers who auto renewed should demand EA explain how this is not a breach of our original agreement as veteran subscribers. I only remain subscribed to EA pro for day 1 access to EA games otherwise I would pay significantly less for standard EA play or honestly not subscribe at all and purchase the game on sale post release. When did this policy change? Please forward us a link to the announcement of this change. New terms and agreements should not have applied to subscribers already enrolled without us specifically agreeing before allowing an auto renewal. I auto renewed my subscription expecting the same service. Completely unacceptable and not providing simple answers, even more so.
EA PLAY - REFUND
Last year I bought an annual EA Play membership. It was renewed today and I cancelled my membership because I did not want to use it. When cancelling, it was written that I had a 14-day right of withdrawal in my country (Turkey). I have never used it since the membership was renewed. I request a full refund of the fee taken from my card.
Do we need EA play to play Sims 4?
To put a long story short, I couldn't update the Sims 4 game. I tried everything to get it to work, including undownloading and redownloading it, but it still won't work. I contacted EA Customer Experience for help, but I got no help. I asked if I needed EA Play to be able to play Sims 4, but I didn't get a clear answer, so I'm asking here.
Medal of honor allied assault war chest EA Play HELP!
i bought ea play pro to play the old medal of honor games but when i go to allied assault it says it is a ea play game so i hit add to library but it wont add at all ive closed the app and restarted it. cleared the cache and repaired the app and still nothing. im on windows 10. If i cant play the game i was told i could i want a refund
