Maybe you need to link your Xbox Account with your EA Account?
Here’s how to check:
- Go to https://help.ea.com.
- Select Log In.
- Choose the option to sign in using your Xbox account, and then sign in with the Xbox account that you want to check.
After this, try again to download a game
