I lost hope on EA solving this.

I realize that we're just a small group of clients that will have to accept the fact that the EA, even after acknowledging the issue, won't give the necessary attention to correct it or maybe compensate us for not being able to access the content we've paid for.

This just made my decision to not buy FIFA this year a lot easier. I also won't consider having an EA Play subscription ever again.

    @chriscds80 I mean, truth be told, it's affecting my decision too, and EA Play is really concerning to me on PlayStation. I hope at least they improve it eventually. It could be a Sony thing, but they need to work with them. This sucks.
