Re: How To Access Your EA Play Game Trials

I have a problem with EA play in combination with F1 '23.

It was a trial of 5 hours and stopped working last week.

When i launch the game (playstation tells me i got 2 hours left) the menu is greyed out.

And when i select one thing i got a message that i need to buy/unlock the full game but i have 2 hours left.

Already renewed subscription, deleted/installed game 10 times, rebuild playstation database, restored licenses playstation...

Nothing is working.

When i deleted my local save game the game started working again, but i was playing a career/season and want to continue my previous game/progression.

Please fix it!

Rubbish game, every day that passes it gets worse, I only play with players much better than me in FIFA 23 I had 12, 13 victories in WL now I don't even have 5 victories, I play rubbish. I wish this company goes bankrupt and this game ends. I'm waiting for another football game to take the place of this terrible quality company. Totally uneven game play. There will be no other way, I will have to stop playing this totally unfair and uneven game!!!
