To have access to the EA Play games through Xbox Game Pass, please make sure your Xbox and EA Account are linked: Linking your platform accounts to your EA Account

Once they're correctly linked, check again if you're able to download and play the games through EA Play. If you're still having issues, please have a look at this post.
